How do we work?

We encounter daily a variety of technological, material and design problems at different stages of life of a given product/technology. Depending on the needs, we adjust the scenario for every project, which is described in the following three scenarios and presented in infographics.

SCENARIO no. 1

Our customer has an idea to develop a new product. He or she sees a need on the market, has an approximate idea how the new product can function, however does not know how to make it and how to solve issues related to technology and materials. In order to proceed with a project, we go through the following stages: defining problem (what we want to solve), gathering necessary information from the market and from final customers, generating ideas, making prototypes in 3D printing technologies, testing the first solutions and their improvement. The final effect is a prototype of a given solution. We can continue our cooperation within such project, when our customer needs consulting and executive/technical supervision during implementation of the prototype to production.

SCENARIO no. 2

Scenario no. 2 is similar to Scenario no. 1, differing only in the fact that our customer has already design of the product, which he or she wants to obtain in the form of prototype. Usually, it is an explanatory figure or ready technical drawing. In such case, the purpose is to print the prototype and solve various technical problems that emerge during prototype development. Just like in the previous scenario, we can participate in the process of implementation to production.

SCENARIO no. 3

Scenario no. 3 encompasses a wide range of needs and problems related to manufacturing of products from polymer plastics, selection and testing of materials, and improvement of the process.

Every customer is a new challenge and history, to which we try to prepare a personalized offer!
